"The saying is trustworthy and deserving of full acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am the foremost."
~1 Timothy 1:15 (ESV)"Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners." Christ Himself came to associate with those who were most against Him and least likely to be labeled saints. Biblically, then, we have no justification for the self-righteous sunning of an unbeliever--any of them.
And let us not forget the next part of that Verse, "of whom I am the worst." This reveals to us one thing: We are those people--most against Him and least likely to be labeled saints. He has saved even us. Thank goodness.
